On firmware 2.20 Prism supports two streams; on 2.21 it supports up to five total streams
What Does It Do?
The Enable Extra Streams License lets your Prism device output up to five simultaneous streams to different destinations. Each destination can be configured independently, while all streams share the same encoding settings—resolution, bitrate, audio, and codec.

Installing the Enable Extra Streams License
1. Purchase the Enable Extra Streams License. If you don’t have one, contact [email protected] to purchase one.
2. Enter your Prism’s IP address in a web browser to open the web UI.
3. In the web UI, open Licenses, select Enter License Key, and enter your Enable Extra Streams License key.
4. Go to the Streaming tab and select one of the available streams.
5. If you use a Streaming Protocol, enter the required connection settings. If you use a Live Streaming Platform, click Link Your Account and authorize the service (if supported). Click Save.
6. To verify, check the stream status in the right sidebar after selecting a stream in the left sidebar. Remember that all active streams output with the same resolution, bitrate, audio, and codec.
