Where do I manage my Data?

You can Manage your data at my.teradek.cloud which is Teradek's portal for accessing Teradek resources including Teradek Data, Core, and Teradek TV.

Setting up a credit card

Teradek Data never stops running as long as there is a credit card or method of payment in place.

Navigate to Billing and click add Payment Method

Viewing your data

Navigate to the Data tab and then select data plan you are subscribed to and click "See More"

SIM Card Information

Depending on the data type  you have, you'll be able to see different things about your sims including:

  • Name (Priority Data and EU Priority Data Only)
  • SIM ID (EID or ICCID)
  • Region Plan
  • Data Used
  • Suspend SIM
  • Switching Plans (Standard Data Only)

You can view general data usage over the selected amount of time by selecting a date range.  Teradek Data will then calculate usage for each sim during that time period.

 

SIM Card Actions

You can perform several actions on sim cards in the 3 dot contextual menu next to the SIM such as:


1. Enable or Disable Sim. (Note: Disabling SIM only disables usage and not billing.  To cancel the sim, either let the SIM validity run out or contact your local sales rep ([email protected]).

2. Change Plan: In Standard Data, you can change your SIM region.   Keep in mind that your region is billed to individual regional data buckets.

3. Data Usage.  To the a specific SIM's daily usage over time, click data usage.

Changing Plans (Standard Data only)

In Standard Data, you can change the region by selecting "Change Plan" in the context menu of the SIM.  The sim will change and come back up able to connect to your regional carrier

First select your region

Then select your carrier.  Note that many of these sims are "multi carrier" but will "carrier steer" to the selected carrier as the priority.  You can see what countries and carriers are available here.

After you select your carrier, you must acknowledge your purchase.  Note that if you have not purchased a Data bucket, you will be paying the "Pay as you Go" rate.

Data Buckets

The Databuckets tab allows you to monitor how much data you have used as a part of your allotted plan. Your pre-purchase data can be seen here.  Databucket entitlements last a year and will expire at that time.  If you go over your data bucket, the data will allocate into the "Pay as you go" bucket at a higher rate.  Purchasing a databucket before the end of your billing cycle will move that data back into a data bucket.
