CTRL.5 supports feature activation via licenses that can be purchased from Teradek. Camera control integrations with ARRI and RED each require a separate license.

To purchase and install a license on your CTRL.5, please follow the instructions below.

1. On CTRL.5, navigate to Menu > Settings > Licenses. Scan the QR code with your phone or mobile device to open the CTRL.5 License page for Camera Control on teradek.com. You can also visit the page directly: https://teradek.com/products/ctrl-5-license

2. Select which license type you would like to purchase (ARRI, RED, Sony*)

3. If you scanned the QR code from your device, your Serial number is automatically filled in for you. The serial number can be found on CTRL.5's LICENSE or FW INFO settings pages
4. Complete your purchase on teradek.com
5. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with your License Key (s)
6. Enter the license key(s) or on the CTRL.5 License Page. If the license is installed correctly, 'WIFI CAMERA' settings will now be available on the CAMERA settings page with each brand that a license was provided for.
