A small number of Bolt 6 units were recently shipped from our manufacturing facility with mismatched V Antennas. The appropriate V Antennas for Bolt 6 can be identified by the Teradek logo and the compatible frequency range, "4.9 to 7.3 GHz," which are printed directly on the antenna itself.

If your Bolt 6 antennas lack this printing, please contact our support team to arrange for complimentary replacements. 

Although your Bolt may continue to operate using these unmarked antennas, your Bolt will not perform according to our highest standard. These unmarked antennas are only to be used with our previous generation Bolts (Bolt 3000 and older) or with our Wi-Fi-based products like Serv and Prism.
