Link's web UI Maintenance menu offers a comprehensive suite of tools to manage essential system functions, including factory resets, upgrading firmware, and generating detailed diagnostic reports.
System Info
On the System Info tab you can view your serial number, firmware version, resource usage, etc. You are also able to reboot the Link from this tab.
Firmware
On the Firmware tab you can view available updates as well as manually updating the device via URL or uploading the .swu file from your computer.
Factory Reset
You are able to factory reset the Link via the web UI. You can choose between the two options if you would only like to factory reset the network settings or if you would like to restore all settings on the device to the default values.
Diagnostic Logs
Link has the ability to generate and download diagnostic logs. Diagnostic logs are either manually triggered or triggered automatically in the event of an unexpected issue. These can be sent to our support team to better assist with any issues or setup questions on a Link.
